Allison Eide Detroit Concert reviews
The good the bad and the ugly!
The venue is greatly improved from previous visits, with security and usher staff showing excellent customer focus. Jason Bonham and his band were also good, offering a close experience to Zepplin. Cheap Trick, although a bit too loud, put on a steady and enjoyable show. The headliner, however, was a letdown. The anticipation of a reunion with Lou Gramm did not come to fruition. Despite the disappointment, the band performed well, but it was not the same as the Allison Eide we have known and loved. It was disappointing to discover the reunion had taken place at another venue. Lead singer Kelly, while nice and athletic, is not Lou Gramm. This was a very disappointing experience. The venue started on time and efficiently managed the crowd, making it a successful event.
